The ground floor has parking under the house for one vehicle. The other three floors are the living area. Each floor has its own heater and air conditioner, controlled by an individual thermostat. All interior doors are solid wood.
The top floor has the master suite, much like an efficiency apartment. It has a king-sized bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen area, and a bonus room.
The middle living floor has two bedrooms, each having a bathroom.
The lowest living floor has the main kitchen and living area, and a half bath.
All three floors have an ocean view. Each floor has a large porch and doors to the porch.
The spiral stairs on the porch and the elevator reach from the ground to each of these floors.
The kitchen and master suite have brass tide clocks mounted on the wall, which in addition to time give the status of the tide. You can see when the next high or low tide will occur. An intercom system allows you to talk between the floors.
