The lowest living floor has a kitchen, dining area, living area, and a half bath. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, a microwave oven and plenty of shelves. The cabinets have a lot of storage and they feature solid-surface tops. The dishwasher is a very quiet Bosch model. The kitchen has a telephone.

The living area has two love seats and an individual chair. It has a 42-inch plasma TV and a ceiling fan.
The dining area has a wooden table that can seat eight people. Two additional people can sit at the bar.
This level is paneled in cypress and the floor is unique pecan wood.
