Top floor - the Master Suite
The top floor of the house is the master suite. It is much like a efficiency apartment plus a bonus room. It has a king-sized bed and the living area has a sofa that opens out to a double bed. It has a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave oven, and small refrigerator. The bathroom has a tiled shower. The living area has a TV, telephone, and ceiling fan. The bonus room has a game table and an ethernet cable for the high-speed DSL internet connection. It also holds the wireless router for the house (the latest 802.11n).

This floor also has stairs that lead through a hatch to the large observation and sunning deck on the roof. Like all of the floors, it has a 12-foot deep porch with rocking chairs and a bench. The spiral staircase on the porch and the elevator both go from the ground to this floor. The walls are paneled in pecky cypress and the hardwood foor is oak.
