Shasta's Beach House II is a single-family house just a few feet from the ocean on St. Simons Island, Georgia. Standing on one of the porches you get almost a 180-degree view of the ocean and beach.
The house has three bedrooms (one king-size, one queen-size, four twin-size, and a sofa bed). It has 3½ baths. It is available for rent (see the Rental Info page).
The edge of the porch is just 20 feet from the beach!
Shasta's Beach House II is a three-bedroom single-family house located on St. Simons Island, Georgia, just 20 feet away from the beach. It offers a spectacular view that is not available anywhere else - almost all of the ocean side of the house is glass. It features large porches with rocking chairson each floor (12 feet deep and almost as wide as the house) and an observation/sunning deck on the roof. There is an elevator from the ground to the top floor, 40 inches wide and 50 inches deep. There is a hot-water outside shower on the ground level on the beach side.

One unique feature of the house is that the walls are paneled with individual cypress boards from the owner's land. In addition, each floor is a different hardwood, some of which is also from the owner's land. The house is within walking distance of the lighthouse and museum, Neptune Park, the pier, a sightseeing trolly stop, and the St. Simons Village. And you can't get much closer to the ocean than this!

Parking for one car is available on the ground floor. In addition one or two more cars can be parked in the driveway and there is public parking directly across the street. There is a picnic table on the ground floor on the ocean side. The exterior of the house is real tabby.
